  My experience at Magnum Auto was excellent! Friendly knowledgeable staff, clean waiting room with a play area for kids, same day appointments, my car was finished earlier than expected, free tire storage, and reasonable prices. I look forward to coming back to Magnum Auto again!

  We were on vacation in Grand Forks in August and we had a problem with our car we could not get it to start we thought it had something to do with our auto start. We got in contact with Magnum Auto and they were able to look at it the next day as it turned out it all it needed was a new battery in the factory key device. When they called us to pick up the car they explained it to us and they didn't even charge us, we thought that are holiday was going to be ruined by this event. It is nice to see that there is a place where you can take your car that is honest and caring with great customer service this as we know these day is far and few between. Thank you so much for your help you made our vacation get back on track and we will let everyone we know what a great business you have.
